Welcome cadet!

Small Acorns is a Star-Trek Roleplay that follows the lives, dreams and aspirations of the many cadets - both young and old - who attend the illustrious Starfleet Academy.

The nights are drawing in and the weather is getting colder. For the first year cadets though, it's time to dig out the sunglasses, because they're off to a field trip to Mars! What will await the cadets when they get there? Only time will tell.

Back on Earth, the Preparatory School students have been extended an invitation to go and tour the main Academy campus. Will they take up the chance to go and see where they might end up in the future? And what will they think of it if they do?

Hello, my real name is Rose and I found out about this site from a Harry Potter site (I'm also a Ravenclaw, like Kathryn)! I'm fairly new to both roleplaying and Star Trek, but like my character Delphine I learn rather quickly ;)

I'm 19 and originally from Michigan, but I go to college in Maryland; I'm a music composition major and possible history/women's studies minor. I also play cello and bass and do a lot of writing and reading. And I'm very into and active in politics, but I have pretty strong opinions so I won't go there...

My favorite character is Spock and I love the Vulcans, so my idea of my character kind of came out of how a half-Vulcan/half-Human character would be different if raised in Earthling rather than Vulcan culture.

Welcome. =3 Glad to see a new member on this site. I hope to get to RP with you sometime, and I'm *sort of* new to Star Trek myself - well, the show I've seen the most of is Deep Space Nine, that is.
