So, you want to apply for a character, eh? Excellent. 
To apply, you need to fill out the following application in your own thread, with the name of your character as the subject. One of the admins will look it over and accept it as soon as possible, or suggest improvements if necessary.
Remember; you can only apply to play a cadet or a prep-school student. Starfleet staff positions are by offer from the admin team only.
If you're applying mid-year (which you are, at the moment!) you can either choose to have had your character attending the Academy since the beginning of the year (basically, pretend they were here all along) or you can have them start as a prep student. PM me if you want to discuss which would be better for you.
